The city of Flamingo Bay in the 1950s was a thriving beach town with a strong surf culture. However, this all changed when shifting weather patterns caused massive waves and tsunami to hammer the coastline. Tourism then began to fail and Flamingo Bay was left frozen in time to be reclaimed by the sea. Can you tame the waves and bring Flamingo Bay back to its former glory?
